I got started in the modular / tiny home space by accident and I would love to share my journey with you. In May of 2024 I purchased a piece of beautiful land and subsequently lost $35K on the land. Not only did I loose that money, but I also lost a space for me to put my modular homes, which are now for sale. With lost land and no more capital, I need your help to get this story back onto a positive route.
